• Primary responsibilities for P&L, sales, profits, inventory control, and customer service.

• 3+ years of proven experience as a retail automotive store manager
• Possess strong work ethic and proven ability to manage a team
• Must have a proven track record in automotive sales, customer service, inventory control and employee relations;
• Possess leadership ability. A Store Manager is expected to comply with company safety, loss prevention, and customer service programs as well as established policies.
• Demonstrate sound people management skills,
• Ability to analyze sales trends, sales & expenses information
• Demonstrate ability in dealing with complexities and multi-facet issues
• Possess organization & planning skills and be a problem solver
• Must have a current, valid driver license and be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
